Insight Multistate Agro Cooperative Society Limited does not provide refunds or cancellations as we are a Multistate Agro Cooperative Society engaged in multiple projects, including implementing an online marketplace and offering various services and support to our members. We require a payment gateway to receive payments from our members. Immediately upon receipt of payment, an E-Receipt confirming your payment will be issued and sent to your registered email ID or mobile number. No refund of enrolment fees or admission fees shall be made as these funds go toward project expenses incurred by the Society. If a member decides to withdraw from this project for any reason, please note that registration fees, admission fees, and membership fees are non-refundable.

1. Multiple Charges Due to Technical Error:
If a customer’s card or bank account is debited multiple times due to a technical error, or if an excess amount is charged in a single transaction due to a technical error, the excess amount (excluding payment gateway charges) will be refunded to the customer.
2. Unsuccessful Transactions Due to Technical Error:
If payment is charged to the customer’s card or bank account, but the transaction fails, the member can apply for a refund. The application must include the transaction number and the original payment receipt, if available.
The refund application, in the prescribed format, should be sent to mail@insightagri.com.
The application will be processed manually. After verification, if the claim is found valid, the excess amount will be refunded via electronic mode in favor of the member.
A confirmation of the refund will be sent to the registered email address within seven calendar days of receipt of the claim.
It may take 3-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in the member’s bank account, depending on the bank’s policy.
Insight Multistate Cooperative Society assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable if it is unable to process any payment instructions on the payment date due to:
In case of payment failure for any reason, the user will be notified via email.
Users agree that Insight Multistate Cooperative Society may suspend or terminate their account or access to services at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected fraudulent or abusive activity. Upon termination, users must immediately cease using the services. Fraudulent or illegal activities may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
